💼 About This Role

You'll anchor Playlab's 24-month Lab Schools cohort, building bespoke AI tools with teachers and leaders. Your core impact is co-designing AI-integrated learning models across 13 schools and shaping an open-source playbook for the field. You'll mentor regional Learning Engineers and hold high-trust coaching relationships with school teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Anchor 4-5 lab schools with monthly leader coaching and weekly build sessions.
• Co-steward cohort programming and open-source playbook with Learning Partner.
• Build bespoke AI tools (assessment, lesson planners, student builders) with teachers.
• Mentor embedded regional Learning Engineers across multiple cities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of classroom or school leadership experience.
• Track record of shipping ambitious AI tools using advanced patterns.
• Experience mentoring or coaching educators with patience and high standards.
• Strong async and remote-first collaboration skills.
