💼 About This Role

You'll lead Chime's Cost of Revenue function, driving forecasting accuracy and high-impact financial initiatives. You'll partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Accounting to embed financial rigor into strategic decisions. This role offers the chance to shape cost strategy and champion AI-driven automation in finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and evolve COR forecasting function, incorporating key drivers into financial models.
• Own development of COR reporting and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Act as senior cross-functional partner to Product, Data, Engineering, and Accounting.
• Lead monthly close process, owning variance explanations and accuracy.
• Champion AI and automation adoption across COR function.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of Finance/FP&A, investment banking, or consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Advanced skills in G-Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Slides.

• Experience with Pigment, Netsuite, Looker, Workday
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Python/coding tools
• Direct experience with Cost of Revenue, transaction economics, or vendor contract management
