💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is training new recruits and assisting daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll also open and close the store as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store, including register closeout.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.
• Support inventory management and stock room organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Love of music and pop culture.
• Awareness of sales KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
