💼 About This Role

You'll lead public sector program management for Ditto's edge sync platform, driving adoption of commercial software into demanding operational environments. You'll own scope, schedule, cost, and P&L across the program portfolio, translating customer mission requirements into internal priorities. This is a financially accountable role with direct impact on mission-critical DDIL deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, and P&L across program portfolio
• Translate customer mission requirements into internal priorities
• Manage execution across SBIR Phase III, OTAs, and FAR/DFAR vehicles
• Partner with BD and Capture on strategic opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years program management supporting DoD customers
• Deep contracting knowledge under SBIR Phase III, OTA, FAR/DFAR, or IDIQ
• Experience delivering software products (not services) to USG

✨ Nice to Have

• SBIR Phase III transition experience
• Familiarity with DoD innovation orgs (DIU, AFWERX, CDAO, etc.)
• Deeper DFAR accounting or CMMC assessment experience
