You'll own the full training lifecycle for Sidecar Health's operations teams, from program design to delivery. Your work directly shapes team readiness and confidence to deliver an outstanding member experience. This role offers hands-on ownership across content creation, facilitation, and continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and facilitate new hire onboarding for operations teams
• Create and maintain training materials including e-learning modules
• Manage program logistics like LMS administration and scheduling
• Evaluate training effectiveness and act on gaps proactively

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in training, instructional design, or knowledge management
• Bachelor's degree
• End-to-end ownership of training programs
• Strong project management and communication skills

• Contact center training experience
• Health insurance industry experience
• Experience with Sana or Document360
