Description

In this apprenticeship-style role, you'll support territory development and customer engagement alongside senior sales team members. You'll work directly with surgeons and OR staff, observe procedures, and help drive new business in a dynamic medical device market, with a clear path to a full Sales Representative role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; relevant clinical education and OR experience considered
• Track record of achievement in competitive athletics, outside sales, or healthcare settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical/clinical information
• Willingness to travel ~75% including driving and overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting in account penetration and stakeholder development
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel
• Be present in operating rooms during procedures to observe, support product usage, and answer clinical questions
• Support account strategies including trials, evaluations, and conversions
• Generate new business through direct outreach and cold calling
