Description

As a SpaceX recruiter, you will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent for mission-critical roles. You'll partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, represent SpaceX to candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years recruiting experience, or associate degree and 2+ years, or 3+ years recruiting experience in lieu of degree
• Technical recruiting experience preferred
• Full life cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to closing
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
• Screen candidates and recommend top candidates for interviews
• Source passive candidates using non-standard methods
• Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews and coordinate candidate experience
• Initiate background checks, negotiate offers, and extend offer letters
