You'll lead implementations of our AI platform directly with enterprise customers, owning full-stack development for deployments. You'll move between discovery, prototyping, and optimization, translating real-world pain points into scalable AI-native solutions. This role offers a front-row seat to building category-defining AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for new enterprise customers.
• Build, deploy, and optimize features integrating customer systems with Gradial's LLM-driven platform.
• Develop reusable tools, adapters, and configuration layers for scalable onboarding.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements and iterate in real time.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or similar programming languages.
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar technical ecosystems like CMS, DAM, and workflow tools.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.

• Experience with LLMs and generative AI pipelines.
