Description

You will manage the sale of imported building materials, develop client relationships, coordinate with procurement and logistics, and negotiate terms. This role supports giga-projects like NEOM while driving growth for a fast-growing construction-tech startup.

Requirements

• 2–5 years sales experience in building materials or construction supplies
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Experience managing client expectations on lead times and advance payments
• Proactive relationship building and negotiation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement and logistics

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and building materials
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Educate clients on imported materials, lead times, and logistics
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for shipment tracking and updates
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product specifications
