- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close with SMB merchants
- Engage and convert warm inbound leads from marketing and partnerships
- Supplement pipeline with outbound prospecting and personalized outreach
- Track and forecast pipeline accurately in Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience
- Proven ability to exceed quota in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills for phone, video, and written interactions
- CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar)
