You'll join a team transforming how restaurants operate, using a consultative approach to prospect and sign up new restaurateurs. You'll drive the full sales cycle from initial call to close, building customized solutions for local businesses. This field role offers uncapped commissions and the chance to shape the Toast brand in your territory.
π― What You'll Do
- Generate list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle
- Conduct demos and develop a solution that meets prospect's needs
- Partner with teams to ensure expectations set during sales are met
- Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities
π Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing, closing sales, or restaurant operations
- Reliable transportation for field visits (mileage reimbursed)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
