You will support our growing slate of entertainment and culture podcasts, focusing on guest-driven segments and short-form video clips. You'll handle research, guest coordination, and production preparation, while helping audiences understand the intersection of news, politics, and pop culture.

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Passionate about entertainment, pop culture, and their intersection with news and politics
• Experience with guest coordination and pre-interview scheduling

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and long-term editorial planning by monitoring news and pop-culture moments to pitch show ideas and guests
• Research guests, topics, and background information; prepare interview materials including research packets, briefing documents, and scripts
• Coordinate and schedule pre-interviews with guests and production staff
• Assist with booking guests, securing release forms, coordinating studio time, and supporting recording-day operations
• Draft show notes and social copy; support video and social content with editing, graphics, and props
