You'll drive growth by building strategic partnerships with property owners in the office and multifamily space. Your core impact is scaling digital screen deployments across key U.S. markets through high-activity prospecting and multi-site deal closing.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Build relationships with property groups from initial contact through partnership.
- Manage high-activity pipeline with strong conversion metrics.
- Close long-term multi-site agreements through consultative selling.
๐ Requirements
- Three to Six years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling into property-related verticals like commercial real estate.
- Strong hunter mentality with ability to create opportunities and close deals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
โจ Nice to Have
- Exposure to property management or facility management buyers.
- Experience with high-volume outbound prospecting.
