You will lead medium to high value clients through the onboarding process, conduct training on Mews POS, and coordinate training sessions to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Higher Education in Hotel Management or F&B Management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced company
• Outgoing and ready to communicate across countries and levels
• Genuine interest in innovative software and disruptive tech

Responsibilities

• Leading medium and high value clients through onboarding
• Conducting training courses on Mews POS for customers and employees
• Liaising with customers via video conferencing and email
• Developing and maintaining training courses
• Coordinating ad hoc online training sessions
