🎯 What You'll Do

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Map current processes, identify improvements, and optimize workflows.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, manage backlog, and define acceptance criteria.
• Support discovery activities and measure post-launch impact.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in agile environments.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Miro, or Figma.
• Experience in banking or financial sector.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with accounting reconciliations and difference control.
• Knowledge of banking systems/platforms.
• Basic SQL and data analysis skills.
