🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects including timelines and stakeholder communication
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate needs into configurations
• Support data migration processes, integrations, API coordination, and validation activities
• Deliver onboarding sessions, user training, documentation, and adoption support

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or related client-facing SaaS roles
• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and business process analysis
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based platforms including system configuration and deployment
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data migration projects, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Trello
