Description

As Senior Manager, Community Strategy, you'll shape how Star Trek Fleet Command engages with players at scale through community platforms like Discord and Reddit. You'll partner with Marketing and Player Experience teams to ensure community insights inform all player-facing communications, building trust through transparency and dialogue.

Requirements

• Experience managing community strategy for a large-scale game or brand
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing and player experience teams
• Expertise in community platforms such as Discord and Reddit
• Ability to synthesize player sentiment into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Execute and evolve the global community strategy for Star Trek Fleet Command across platforms like Discord, Reddit, and social channels
• Manage and optimize community surfaces to drive engagement and healthy player interaction
• Develop community programs including AMAs, developer updates, and player-facing initiatives
• Partner with Product Marketing to provide community insights for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
• Synthesize player sentiment across community platforms and public discussions
