💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver partner enablement programs that drive adoption of Sophos cybersecurity solutions across EMEA. You'll build role-based learning journeys and support channel partners in selling and delivering managed services. This role blends instructional design with hands-on channel experience in a global cybersecurity leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design role-based enablement for partner sales, technical, and services audiences
• Build learning journeys supporting partner onboarding and solution adoption
• Develop enablement assets like playbooks, toolkits, learning paths, and workshops
• Enable partners to sell and deliver Sophos solutions across EMEA
• Track enablement consumption, certification progress, and readiness indicators

📋 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in partner enablement, learning and development, or channel roles
• Experience enabling channel partners, distributors, and MSSPs in EMEA markets
• Solid understanding of indirect selling models and partner routes to market
• Strong background in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS solutions
• Proven ability to build role-based enablement supporting real-world selling and delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• German, Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese language skills
• Experience supporting MSP or MSSP go-to-market motions
• Experience with enablement platforms, LMS, LXP systems, or content authoring tools
