Description

You will coordinate across engineering disciplines to design and document test environment capabilities, ensuring prime hardware is tested at all levels from components to full system integration. This role directly impacts performance, robustness, and cost efficiency across the product lifecycle while collaborating with DoD customers.

Requirements

• Active SECRET security clearance (or above)
• Systems-thinking mindset with ability to see big picture and technical details
• Experience with models, simulations, test beds, and hardware integration
• Knowledge of developmental test processes and system-level test equipment validation
• Ability to collaborate with DoD customers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, design, and documentation of test environment architectures
• Utilize models, simulations, test beds, and hardware integration for end-to-end test coverage
• Apply developmental test processes to design, integrate, and validate system-level test equipment
• Support hardware verification and validation using proven test methodologies
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure design integrity and program alignment
