🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Implementation Specialists
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and technical implementation projects
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Support
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in SaaS technical implementations, onboarding, or technical account management
• 1-2+ years of proven experience leading and managing teams
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, and Google Workspace
• Strong understanding of technical implementation processes and system integrations
