🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate across engineering, ML, and product to design, build, and launch features.
• Work across app (Dart/Flutter), backend (Kotlin), tooling (Next.js/TypeScript), and ML (Python).
• Refine app reliability, performance, and polish to elevate user experience.
• Rapidly investigate, diagnose, and resolve bugs to ensure product stability.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience shipping consumer products at scale.
• Strong product instincts and opinions about UX, performance, and craft.
• Driven by creating a world-class product and comfortable owning end-to-end features.
• Comfortable building across the full stack and learning new technologies quickly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with realtime or voice features.
• Experience with service-oriented systems in production.
• Experience building and shipping Flutter apps in production.
