You'll lead sales teams for a high-performance sales agency, managing key accounts and driving revenue through data, training, and operational improvements. You'll oversee pipeline management and call reviews while bridging sales and marketing for maximum growth. It's a fully remote role with uncapped commission potential.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Evaluate lead flow ratios and rep capacity daily
- Run daily sales syncs and enforce SOPs
- Review call recordings and create training reviews
- Track pipelines in CRM to prevent missed opportunities
📋 Requirements
- Experience managing high ticket sales teams in alternative education
- Managed a sales team with at least 5 reps
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting
- Understanding of lead generation and data-driven decision making
