You'll lead the forecasting and strategic account planning for wholesale across KEEN, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive long-term growth. You'll oversee sales-to-stock analysis and develop advanced ladder planning tools for top accounts. This role is pivotal in optimizing inventory flow and revenue through direct engagement with key customers.
π― What You'll Do
- Own sales-to-stock strategy and execution for top 50 strategic accounts
- Lead and develop the wholesale forecasting and analytics function
- Define ladder planning and open-to-buy strategies for top accounts
- Direct sell-through analysis and reporting with PowerBI dashboards
π Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Planning, Merchandise Planning, or Retail Buying
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
