🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own sales-to-stock strategy and execution for top 50 strategic accounts
  • Lead and develop the wholesale forecasting and analytics function
  • Define ladder planning and open-to-buy strategies for top accounts
  • Direct sell-through analysis and reporting with PowerBI dashboards

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Planning, Merchandise Planning, or Retail Buying
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
