💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages returns and builds loyalty.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
