Working remotely, you'll report to Enablement Leadership and impact learner success.

  • Develop and manage large-scale training program structures.
  • Define program-level objectives aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with instructional designers for course framework.
  • Collaborate on sequencing courses into effective learning pathways.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Development or Instructional Design.
  • 5+ years of experience in curriculum program development or instructional design.
  • Proven experience designing large-scale learning programs.
  • Expertise in instructional design frameworks and learning taxonomies.
