You'll design and build the analytical infrastructure that surfaces data access across the organization. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership teams to create self-service analytics capabilities. This role supports a AI/ML solutions program for a defense contract.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop dashboards and reports tracking key business metrics.
• Create self-service analytics platforms for business users.
• Build automated reporting systems delivering timely insights.
• Partner with leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in business intelligence or analytics platform development.
• Advanced BI tool expertise with Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik Sense.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Business partnership experience with requirement gathering.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Advana / MAVEN Smart Systems (Palantir Foundry).
• Data engineering skills in Python, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
• Advanced data modeling with dimensional modeling and OLAP cubes.
