You'll drive revenue growth for a defense tech startup, leading full-cycle business development for AI-powered logistics solutions. You'll expand from DoD into federal, commercial, and international markets, closing multi-million dollar deals. This role offers direct impact on national security missions and a high-growth trajectory.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full BD/sales lifecycle for multi-million to nine-figure opportunities.
- Build and execute high-velocity pipeline targeting contested logistics priorities.
- Identify and secure prime/integrator opportunities to accelerate market access.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing BD/sales team.
๐ Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance (SCI preferred).
- 8-12+ years federal tech or AI BD/sales leadership.
- Proven track record of 200%+ YoY growth in public sector sales.
- Deep understanding of defense/federal acquisition (SBIR, OTA, FAR/DFARS).

- Experience with AI/ML decision-support platforms in DoD logistics.
- Military background or prior roles at defense tech companies.
- Dual-use commercial logistics or supply-chain sales success.
