You'll drive revenue growth for a defense tech startup, leading full-cycle business development for AI-powered logistics solutions. You'll expand from DoD into federal, commercial, and international markets, closing multi-million dollar deals. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full BD/sales lifecycle for multi-million to nine-figure opportunities.
  • Build and execute high-velocity pipeline targeting contested logistics priorities.
  • Identify and secure prime/integrator opportunities to accelerate market access.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing BD/sales team.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance (SCI preferred).
  • 8-12+ years federal tech or AI BD/sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of 200%+ YoY growth in public sector sales.
  • Deep understanding of defense/federal acquisition (SBIR, OTA, FAR/DFARS).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML decision-support platforms in DoD logistics.
  • Military background or prior roles at defense tech companies.
  • Dual-use commercial logistics or supply-chain sales success.
