As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential community, including maintenance, leasing, and team leadership. You will ensure efficient property operations, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth while creating exceptional experiences for residents and prospects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Property Manager or related experience
• Strong leasing, sales, and customer service experience
• REIT experience preferred
• NALP certification preferred
• Entrata Core experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage overall property operations including maintenance and office functions
• Communicate with residents, prospects, and vendors
• Lead property team to ensure efficient operations
• Control costs and implement revenue programs
• Develop annual operating budgets and strategic sales/marketing plans
