You'll drive sales of Great Gray's CIT solutions to advisors within an assigned territory. You'll execute outbound outreach, manage advisor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deepen wallet share. This role offers the opportunity to shape territory strategy and directly impact revenue growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Execute high-volume outbound telephone and digital outreach to promote CIT solutions
  • Own and manage advisor relationships within assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed activity KPIs including call targets and pipeline metrics
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and investment materials

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Business preferred
  • 3โ€“5 years experience in internal/hybrid wholesaling or financial services sales
  • Series 6 or Series 7 license or willingness to obtain
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform

  • Working knowledge of defined contribution / 401(k) marketplace
  • Familiarity with CITs, mutual funds, and retirement plan structures
