๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive sales of Great Gray's CIT solutions to advisors within an assigned territory. You'll execute outbound outreach, manage advisor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deepen wallet share. This role offers the opportunity to shape territory strategy and directly impact revenue growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound telephone and digital outreach to promote CIT solutions
- Own and manage advisor relationships within assigned territory
- Meet or exceed activity KPIs including call targets and pipeline metrics
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and investment materials
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Business preferred
- 3โ5 years experience in internal/hybrid wholesaling or financial services sales
- Series 6 or Series 7 license or willingness to obtain
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
โจ Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of defined contribution / 401(k) marketplace
- Familiarity with CITs, mutual funds, and retirement plan structures
