Description

You will build and scale Affirm's international operations from the ground up, designing scalable models for customer service, fraud operations, and vendor management across global markets. You'll set strategy, drive performance, and lead cross-functional partnerships to create the blueprint for Affirm's global servicing model.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in international operations, global service delivery, or scaling regulated businesses (fintech preferred)
  • 7+ years in leadership roles building teams and functions from scratch with globally distributed teams
  • Proven experience establishing international servicing operations including BPO vendor management and workforce strategy
  • Strong vendor management acumen: negotiating contracts, holding partners accountable, driving high performance
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to formulate actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale international delivery function with scalable organization design and operational playbooks
  • Define and own roadmap for international operations expansion in partnership with product, compliance, engineering
  • Oversee daily operations via augmented staff and BPO vendors, ensuring SLA and quality adherence
  • Proactively identify regulatory, reputational, and operational risks and embed controls with Risk, Legal, Compliance
  • Attract, inspire, and retain talent across geographies, building a culture of accountability and inclusion
