🎯 What You'll Do

  • Evaluate facility systems (lighting, HVAC, controls) for upgrade opportunities.
  • Create and revise project scopes to meet ROI and payback criteria.
  • Work with utilities to ensure projects qualify for incentives.
  • Travel 40-60% to client sites within region.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in facility solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with building envelope, energy efficiency, or sustainability solutions.
  • Existing book of business with heavy hitter clients.
