You will design and deliver AI solutions that improve customer experience and enable data-driven decision making, collaborating with a global team of engineers and scientists. You'll transform prototypes into production-ready solutions, operationalize AI/ML models, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years delivering production-grade AI/ML projects
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Built production code in Python with AI modules (LangChain, Tensorflow, etc.)
• Experience with model evaluation and testing frameworks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI/ML landscape for emerging techniques
• Transform prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Create, operationalize, and support AI/ML models and visualizations
• Evaluate algorithmic results for quality, adaptability, and efficiency
• Contribute to evolving AI/ML platforms and mentor junior engineers
