🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform asbestos, LBP, and microbial/moisture intrusion assessments
• Conduct safety and compliance assessments per regulations
• Prepare clear, accurate client-ready reports
• Manage scheduling and logistics for project phases

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years conducting asbestos surveys and mold/moisture inspections
• Current AHERA certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field

• California CAC or CSST certification
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
