Requirements

• State life and health license in accordance with IMA standards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn agency/client management systems and related software

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, professional contact with clients to foster relationships
• Research and resolve client issues and requests promptly
• Assist in preparing materials and collateral for client meetings
• Oversee new vendor/carrier implementations and review plan documents
• Lead in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions to provide plan details to participants
