You'll own the retention and lifetime value analytics strategy, building LTV models, churn prediction, and retention dashboards. Your insights will directly guide strategic CRM decisions and experimentation for a health prevention company. You'll think like an owner, not a reporter, proactively surfacing opportunities to improve customer lifetime value.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and implement an end-to-end LTV model with customer profitability segments
  • Build and maintain retention dashboards (rebooking rate, churn curves, LTV by cohort)
  • Develop a churn prediction model with scoring for at-risk customers
  • Execute high-impact incremental tests on retention messaging and timing

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in analytics with retention, LTV, or churn analytics experience
  • Expert SQL and Python/R for complex queries and predictive models
  • Deep expertise in cohort analysis and LTV modelling
  • A/B testing and statistical rigour for retention initiatives

  • Experience with survival analysis
