🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end HR operational processes across Europe.
• Implement payroll infrastructure in multiple European countries.
• Coordinate benefits programs with global Total Rewards and brokers.
• Support entity setup and ensure compliance with local regulations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience implementing HR operations and payroll/benefits across multiple European countries.
• Profound knowledge of labor law and European employment practices.
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments with global stakeholders.
