Description
You will own Mesh's market entry into Korea, building relationships with crypto exchanges, fintechs, and financial institutions to establish Mesh as the default crypto payments infrastructure. You'll lead the full business development motion, from prospecting to close, and shape the go-to-market strategy for the region.
Requirements
- 10+ years of BD, partnerships, or sales experience in traditional finance, fintech, and crypto
- Deep roots in Korean financial and/or Web3 ecosystem with a strong network of decision-makers
- Native or fully fluent in Korean; strong business English
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of Korean regulatory environment (VASP licensing, ISMS, FSC/FSS expectations)
Responsibilities
- Own the full BD motion in Korea: prospecting, qualification, deal structuring, and close
- Build and deepen relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at exchanges, banks, payment companies, and Web3 firms
- Lead commercial negotiations including partnership terms, integration structures, and revenue arrangements
- Represent Mesh at key industry events in Korea and develop brand credibility
- Translate Korean market regulatory landscape, user behaviors, and competition into actionable product and GTM input
