As a home care RN, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients of all ages in their homes, building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling, a supportive team with 24/7 clinical support, and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Flexibility to work daytime or overnight shifts
• Commitment to minimum four shifts per month (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Deliver personalized, high-quality care based on client needs
• Maintain accurate electronic charting via Statewise
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
