You'll partner with GTM leaders to drive financial analysis and support resource allocation decisions for a high-growth enterprise software company. Your core impact will be delivering actionable insights through modeling and reporting to enable data-driven decision making. You'll thrive in a hybrid environment at our San Mateo HQ.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as trusted business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services leaders
• Maintain company financial model for forecasting and budgeting
• Deliver timely financial reporting for Board meetings and executive reviews
• Drive ad hoc analysis to enable data-driven decision making

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, public accounting, or investment banking
• Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services functions
• Exceptional Excel modeling skills

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or related Master’s Degree, CPA, or CFA
• Experience in software industry with subscription revenue model understanding
• Experience with Mosaic, NetSuite, or Salesforce
