💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement high-efficiency power amplifiers and distributed-element components for wireless power beaming systems at a funded startup. You'll integrate subsystems with antenna arrays and support product manufacturing and certification testing. This role offers high agency in a small, fast-paced team working on cutting-edge energy infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and simulate distributed-element components and power amplifiers.
• Integrate RF subsystems with antennas and antenna arrays.
• Support system-level integration with EE, firmware, and mechanical teams.
• Document designs and write component and system test plans.

📋 Requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree (Master preferred).
• 2+ years experience as a microwave engineer.
• Experience with ADS and HFSS simulation tools.
• Experience with PCB layout for distributed-element components.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing PAs and microwave distributed-element components.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of high-power microwave chains and beam forming systems.
