- Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum.
- Review assigned curriculum and facilitate across various age groups and cohorts.
- Foster client engagement and a 'camera-on' culture.
- Complete client documentation within 24 hours meeting standards.
๐ Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health field (MSW, Counseling, etc.).
- Reside in Oregon with legal work authorization.
- Proficiency across multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, etc.).
- Experience in intensive treatment settings.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with telehealth platforms.
- Registered as CSWA, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
- Background in group therapy facilitation.
