You'll provide 1:1 care during home health visits, following a designated care plan and performing assigned duties like medication administration and wound care. You'll make a direct impact on patients' lives while enjoying flexible schedules and supportive team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
