💼 About This Role

You'll support one of Marqeta's largest global strategic accounts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations. You'll build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless execution and proactive client service. This role offers the flexibility of a Flex First remote work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day client operations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive incremental growth
• Build strong working relationships across the customer's organization
• Partner internally to deliver effective, timely solutions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Global Enterprise Account Management in payments
• Strong communication skills and track record of strategic account plans
• Familiarity with fintech, banking, or payments industry
• Technical aptitude to explain complex concepts straightforwardly
