💼 About This Role

You'll lead the automated logistics shift at Picnic's high-tech fulfillment center, optimizing processes and driving efficiency. You'll manage a team of over 100 shoppers, ensuring KPIs are met and continuously improving operations. This role combines leadership with hands-on impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage shift operations in the automated fulfillment center
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Coach and lead a team of over 100 shoppers
• Optimize personnel scheduling with operations managers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in logistics, business, or similar
• 1+ year people management experience
• Fluent German and good English
• Willingness to work shifts including Saturdays
