You'll lead a team of Strategic Account Executives driving adoption of safe AI with top enterprises. You will shape sales strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to secure strategic deals and accelerate AI deployment. This role offers the chance to shape the future of AI in enterprise.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Strategic AEs
- Define and execute sales strategies with strong CRM discipline
- Partner with Applied AI Engineering for technical conversations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine sales playbooks
- Identify new market opportunities for AI solutions
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years in software/platform sales with 7+ in leadership
- 3+ years leading teams selling into F1000 accounts
- Proven track record building and scaling high-performing AE teams
- Strong technical acumen to understand complex AI solutions

- Passion for AI technology and its safe development
- Experience closing 7-figure deals
- Operational rigor in pipeline management and forecasting
