🎯 What You'll Do

• Design HVAC and plumbing systems for industrial/commercial facilities
• Perform energy modeling and life cycle cost analysis
• Prepare mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Conduct site inspections and construction administration

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of design experience with HVAC/plumbing systems
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Energy modeling experience for HVAC systems

✨ Nice to Have

• AutoCAD and Revit MEP experience
• LEED certification
• Fire protection system design experience
