🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead services forecasting and capacity planning to align resources with demand
• Drive resource utilization and margin optimization
• Own professional services process design and continuous improvement
• Establish services pipeline visibility and backlog management
• Develop and maintain services performance reporting and KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Operations, or related roles
• Strong understanding of services business models including utilization and margin drivers
• Proven experience in forecasting and capacity planning
• Advanced analytical skills building models and dashboards

• Experience with PSA and reporting platforms
• Certification in project management or operations
