π― What You'll Do
- Provide strategic compensation advisory for hiring, promotions, and retention
- Lead job evaluation and titling using established job architecture
- Conduct market analysis and interpret survey data for pay recommendations
- Support annual compensation cycles including planning and budgeting
π Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience including 5+ years in compensation
- Strong expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation structures
- Ability to interpret complex compensation data and translate into recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
