You will own the full sales cycle—from identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to onboarding clients and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Your role involves proactive sourcing, discovery meetings, tailored demos, and relationship management to drive revenue growth and client retention.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably B2B, fintech, or SaaS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in field sales and relationship building
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace or MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source new business opportunities via cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, conferences, and field visits
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and align solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and demos tailored to prospect needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account activation and onboarding
  • Manage a portfolio of active accounts, conducting check-ins and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
