You'll lead Payments revenue growth at Plaid, driving ARR and scaling a high-performing team through consultative, value-driven selling. You'll shape go-to-market strategy for emerging payment solutions across ACH, credit cards, and money movement.

• Own company-wide revenue performance for Payments solutions.
• Build, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Act as executive seller in strategic customer engagements.
• Coach sellers with a challenger mindset to uncover new revenue.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Payments focused solutions.
• 3+ years managing a revenue-driving team.
• Deep experience in ACH, credit cards, payment risk, money movement.
• Effective territory and account management skills.
